I'm Bree, the founder. I spent 10 years in the field running cable, reading specs, and building technical systems where every detail mattered. I know what it's like to be on a ladder troubleshooting a connection while your phone is ringing in your pocket.

After I left corporate, I started building automation systems for businesses that were growing faster than their ability to keep up. Not the ones with endless budgets and full IT departments. The ones where the owner is still wearing multiple hats and can't afford to miss opportunities just because they're busy doing the actual work.

That's where I saw the gap. These businesses had the skills and the reputation. They just didn't have the systems to capture everything coming at them.
